Junior Drama (one hour)
Module A offers a great, fun class that focuses on the sense of play and imagination. This class is perfect for those just starting out, or those wishing to build confidence and friendship.
Recommended age bracket: 4-7

Module B offers a slightly harder course which will delve into script work and character building. It also begins to expand the young actors’ vocal technique and physical awareness.
Recommended age bracket: 8-12

Workshop Classes (two hours)
These classes are aimed at a high school level and explore all aspects of the dramatic arts. A term of Shakespeare can easily be followed by a term of acrobatics! It also focuses on script and character development, and has a great focus on performance.
Recommended age bracket: 13 upwards.

Masterclass
(two hours with two to three terms commitment)
The masterclass is our production class. To be a part of a masterclass, you must successfully audition or apply. The final outcome of this class is a professional standard production performed at a venue and open to the paying general public. There are 3-5 shows performed a year.
Recommended age bracket: Depends on the production!

payment options & deals

Myt offers a number of payment plan options tailored to suit different paydays and varying incomes.

myt also offers a Personal Input scheme, where participants are able to work off up to half of the fees. Participants are asked to offer their services to myt in areas such as administration, costume sourcing, box office and poster delivery. Under the PI scheme, fees are worked off on a basis of $15/hr.


Family Discounts
The first student from a family pays full fees, any additional class taken by that student or any other family member is half price.


Trial Lessons
Myt recognises that sometimes a trial is necessary before full payment is made. Each new student is given the opportunity for one trial lesson before committing to the term. Trial lessons are not available for masterclasses or holiday workshops.
